Emma as Clara Barton at the Wax Museum

Campbell Elementary's 2nd graders celebrated Famous Americans by creating a Wax Museum. It was complete with wax figures (the students), a tip box and a button to push to hear them speak about their life (their shoulder). It was so cute.

Emma chose to be Clara Barton. She did a lot of research all on her OWN to learn about Clara. She asked just about everyday to get on the computer and do research. I think she printed everything she could find and didn't stop until she used an entire ream of paper. It is the largest event for the 2nd graders and they all did great!
