Emma did excellent on her report card again (Bailey did too but missed straight a's by 2 points in Math) so she got to have a friend over for a sleep over. She couldn't choose one friend so she got to choose two- her favorite friends Maddie and Raney. Jerrod just happened to have 4 tickets to the Rockets game so he decided to take the girls- Father of the Year in Emma's eyes and mine!! The girls took their "teka's" (a hedgehog) and ate ice cream, made posters for the game, took lots of pictures and had fun hanging out with each other. It was a great game with back and forth points and the Rockets finally won! They stayed for the entire game so they didn't get home until 11:15 p.m. but they were still full of energy and didn't fall asleep until 12:30 or so. I couldn't be more happier with Emma's choice of friends and I can see why she was so happy that she got to spend the evening hanging out with her favorite friends!
