My first college roommate at SFA was Jennifer Dorn and she has a sister that lives here in Fredericksburg. We all lived in Texas City growing up and of course, went to TCHS together. Jennifer's sister Shelly and her husband live here permanently and we have recently connected on FB. I have been wanting to see her and meet her sweet family and so we did just that. She and her family stopped by to see us at the parade and invited us to a 4th of July party at a Boot Ranch.
Boot Ranch is a development just outside of Fredericksburg that offers homesites and memberships. Shelly's husband, Shawn is a salesperson out there and so he invited us out to the party. Boy, it was nice. They had inflatables for the kiddos and they were so BIG!
Emma and Bailey were first to try it out. Everyone had to wear a little coat and socks to keep from burning your skin when you went down...it was that fast and that tall!!

The fireworks were really awesome too! 
We were so thankful to have something so wonderful to do to see the fireworks at night. Everything was so nice and we had a great 4th of July!!
